Keine Frage, zur Rettung des Erdklimas wird die Bauweise mit Holz wegen ihrer guten Ökobilanz präferiert. Die Häuser wurden von einem regionalen Unternehmen (Holzbau Semmler aus Hemau) erstellt. Es kamen heimische Hölzer zum Einsatz.

Das Konstruktionsholz aus Fichte ist nur getrocknet und unbehandelt. Zur Dämmung wurde Isofloc ebenfalls von einem regionalen Betrieb eingesetzt. Das Material ist ein Recylingmaterial und als ökologischer Baustoff anerkannt und zertifiziert. Außerdem punktet Isofloc mit seiner Umweltverträglichkeit: Keine Anreicherung von Umweltgiften, elektrisch und elektrostatisch neutral, nach Abbruch ist das Material wieder recyclingfähig. Bei den Holzbauplatten haben wir anstatt handelsüblichen OSB-Platten ESB-Platten mit Gütesiegel „Blauer Engel“ verwendet.[/vc_column_text][nd_options_spacer nd_options_height=“80″][nd_options_text nd_options_text_tag=“h1″ nd_options_text_weight=“normal“ nd_options_text_family=“nd_options_first_font“ nd_options_text=“Bodenversiegelung – Betonieren war gestern!“ nd_options_text_font_size=“20″ nd_options_text_line_height=“20″ nd_options_text_color=“#a49786″][nd_options_spacer nd_options_height=“40″][vc_column_text]Unser Ziel ist es, nahezu Null Fläche dauerhaft zu versiegeln. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir uns für Schraubfundamente anstatt einer Bodenplatte entschieden.

Darüber hinaus ist der ökologische Eingriff wesentlich geringer als bei Betonfundamenten. Unter den Chalets können diverse Insektenarten und „Kleinsäugetiere“ weiterhin existieren. Der Boden ist nicht versiegelt und nicht verdichtet, somit können weiterhin Bodenlebewesen dort existieren.

Unsere Spielflächen sind aus strapazierfähigen Kräuterrasen, die Zufahrtswege und Parkplätze aus wassergebundenen Schotterwegen. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind aus Rasengittersteine, die wasserdurchlässig sind und zwischen den großen Fugen Wachstum von Gräsern und Kräutern erlauben. Bei der Auswahl der Materialien für den Innenausbau wurde wo möglich auf Nachhaltige Zertifizierung geachtet. So haben unsere Vinyl-Böden den Blauer Engel. Sie sind 100% frei von Weichmachern und PVC. Bei den Farben/Anstrichen wurden Farben ohne Lösungsmittel, Weichmacher und Konservierungsstoffe verwendet, daher ideal für Allergiker.

Alle Häuser werden ausschließlich mit modernen Klimageräten beheizt und gekühlt. Diese sind cloudbasiert und können zentral nach Bedarf gesteuert werden. Ist kein Gast im Haus wird die Temperatur runtergeregelt und spart damit Energie.

Klimageräte der M-Serie sind so energiesparend, dass sie die höchsten Energieeffizienzklassen erreichen und leiser als das Rauschen von Blättern.

Die Vorgabe war, mit Materialien zu bauen, die keine Schadstoffe für Menschen enthalten.  Das verwendete Holz ist FSB zertifiziert und die Oberflächen der Echtholzmöbel wurden – soweit erforderlich – mit wasserbasierten Lacken versiegelt. Die Teppiche sind aus 100% Schurwolle sowie die Vorhänge aus 100% Baumwolle. Alle Küchengeräte entsprechen den neusten Effizienzklassen. Rund ums Thema Nachhaltigkeit geht es uns natürlich auch um ein aktuelles Thema: Klimaschutz.  Elektroautos sind emissionsfrei und schadstofffrei auf der Straße, aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, eine öffentliche Ladestation (AC 22 kW) in unserem Resort zu eröffnen. So können wir unseren Gästen jetzt auch die Möglichkeit bieten, ihre Elektroautos direkt bei uns vor Ort zu laden.

Wir haben uns lange mit dem Thema Müll beschäftigt und uns von Fachleuten beraten lassen. Gäste können Ihren Müll getrennt entsorgen. Darüber kommt unser Müll in eine Sortieranlage, die sogar den Restmüll nochmals sortiert.
